Join Conner Clinic and Hallmark MD in our Chat About Wellness™ on September 29th, 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. at 211 W. Matthews St., Suite 102 Matthews, NC 28105 where we will have a discussion about the components of a healthy meal and snack. The best time to eat will be discussed as well. To cap off the discussion, we will also talk about how the food you eat affects your mood, longevity and well-being.
Ginny Cobb, RD, LDN will be the key speaker in this Chat About Wellness™ session. Ginny is a registered dietitian/nutritionist with the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and is licensed in the state of North Carolina. She gives counselling to individuals and families and her practice very much focuses on nutrition as an important component of overall health and well-being.

Last August 25, the first Chat About Wellness™ was successfully held with Bettie Shea BA, ML, E-RYT, RYT-500. Ms Shea talked about yoga and its health benefits especially to those who are in their older years or with physical challenges like cancer, MS, and scoliosis. Participants of the first discussion ranges from 32 to 82 years old! This only goes to show that in yoga, age doesn’t matter!
