Telemedicine Instructions

Step 1. Go to our telemedicine website https://www.pushhealth.com/. From there you will enter your full name and email and then hit "GET STARTED".

Step 2. Type the code WCONNER into the invitation code box and hit "Submit Code".

Step 3. Fill out your personal information and then hit "Register".

Congratulations and Welcome to The Family Health Care Center.

Your visit will go as follows:

Our office will call you to collect a copay 10 min prior to your scheduled telemedicine appointment. Please have a credit card ready to pay over the phone.
After we collect your payment, we will send you a link to your phone number. Click on the link in your text message to connect to the waiting room.
Once in the waiting room, Dr. Conner will connect with your shortly. Please be patient as we have other patients both in office AND online.

Please note: If you do not have a smartphone, don’t worry! you can still have a visit.

Due to the Covid-19 virus pandemic, Conner Family Health Clinic is doing what we can to ensure the safety of our staff and patients by conducting visits from the comfort of your home!

Dr. Conner will be seeing patients via Doxy.me, a HIPAA compliant telemedicine software. You may call the office at any time to schedule your appointment.
