Dr. William Conner

Dr. William Conner is the compassionate founder and owner of Conner Family Health Clinic, where he has been honored to serve patients in the Charlotte and Matthews community since 2005. A graduate of the University of North Carolina, Dr. Conner earned his Bachelor of Arts degree before embarking on a deeply meaningful journey with the Peace Corps in West Africa, where he spent over two years building schools and making a positive impact in the lives of others.

A Journey into Medicine and Excellence

Inspired by his experiences abroad, Dr. Conner chose to pursue a career in medicine, graduating from the University of North Carolina Medical School in 1996. He went on to complete his family medicine residency at MAHEC in Asheville, North Carolina. He is proud to be a Diplomate of the American Academy of Family Physicians and is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine.

Expertise & Skills

In addition to his passion for primary care, Dr. Conner has received extensive training in aesthetic medicine. He is skilled in laser technology for skin rejuvenation and hair removal, using the Icon Cynosure laser, and has advanced training in platelet-rich plasma (PRP) techniques under Dr. Charles Runels, the founder of the groundbreaking P-Shot and O-Shot procedures.

Beyond his clinical work, Dr. Conner remains dedicated to giving back, volunteering his time and expertise to help provide medical care for the less fortunate. He believes in building lasting relationships with his patients and strives to make every person who walks through his doors feel seen, heard, and cared for.
Dr. Conner feels grateful every day to serve his community and welcomes you to be part of the Conner Family Health Clinic family. Dr. Conner also speaks Spanish and French fluently, thereby enabling him to broaden his patient base.
