Due to the Covid-19 virus pandemic, Conner Family Health Clinic is doing what we can to ensure the safety of our staff and patients by conducting visits from the comfort of your home!
Dr. Conner will be seeing patients via Doxy.me, a HIPAA compliant telemedicine software. You may call the office at any time to schedule your appointment.
Your visit will go as follows:
- Our office will call you to collect a copay 10 min prior to your scheduled telemedicine appointment. Please have a credit card ready to pay over the phone. If you do not have a credit card we will send you a bill via mail to collect cash or check.
- At that time, we will also verify your personal information, insurance information and ask a few questions to make sure you have what is needed for your appointment
- After we collect your payment, we will send you a link to your phone number. Click on the link in your text message to connect to the waiting room.
- Once in the waiting room, Dr. Conner will connect with your shortly. Please be patient as we have other patients both in office AND online! :)
Please note: If you do not have a smartphone, don’t worry! you can still have a visit.
